Janet Levit
Executive Consultant
After spending 15 years in higher education administration, serving as Interim President and Provost of The University of Tulsa and Dean of the College of Law, Janet Koven Levit returned to the classroom as a professor of law in 2022. She is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Center for Reproductive Rights and focuses on reproductive rights and implicit biases affecting women in leadership. She holds a JD from Yale Law School and an AB from Princeton University.
Caroline Sparks
Chief Administrative Officer
Caroline has a background in education and social justice leadership, particularly in 2SLGBTQIA+ and women’s advocacy. With a passion for facilitation, she has conducted trainings on consent and healthy relationships. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, she was selected as a ‘22-’23 Tulsa Service Year Fellow, focusing on prison diversion initiatives.

Amy McLaughlin Gray
President
Amy is a passionate community volunteer dedicated to improving the lives of women and children in Oklahoma, with involvement in organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma. A founding board member of Halo Project, Palomar, and We Are Rising, she serves as Vice President of the McLaughlin Family Foundation.

Kristen Bohanon
Secretary
Kristen Gumerson Bohanon is the co-managing partner of Kasa Wallpaper Studio and previously worked as an interior decorator. She co-founded We Are Rising, serves as secretary for repro46, and has served on boards of organizations such as the Breast Health Institute and the Children’s Health Foundation.

Sarah Geiger
Treasurer
Sarah Geiger is a dedicated advocate for women's rights and body autonomy. As the co-managing partner of Kasa Wallpaper Studio, she also serves on the Board of the Oklahoma Children’s Health Foundation and co-founded We Are Rising, focusing on health, education, and reproductive rights.

Susannah Adelson
Susannah graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in interior architecture in 1991 and worked in commercial design before founding Adelson Design Group in 2001. She serves on several nonprofit and arts boards, including the Morningcrest Healthcare Board and the Philbrook Museum Board.

Clytie Bunyan
Clytie Bunyan is a communications and organizational leader with more than 35 years of experience in journalism, including serving as managing editor for opinion and community engagement at The Oklahoman. A 2023 recipient of the Carmage Walls Commentary Prize and a 2020 inductee into the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame, she elevates diverse voices. She remains active in the field and community through leadership and advisory roles with journalism organizations, civic groups, and the Prison Journalism Project.

Kimberly Butler is a Senior Program Officer focused on Maternal Child Health at The George Kaiser Family Foundation. She holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Oklahoma.

Isabella Gaberino
Driven by a passion for justice and her home state, Oklahoma native Isabella was a founding team member of repro46. She brings a global perspective to local advocacy, holding a degree in Justice and Peace Studies from Georgetown University. In her current role as a board member, she continues to leverage her expertise to build a more equitable future for women throughout Oklahoma.

Dr. Daniel Molina, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Dan Molina, a board-certified Family Medicine physician and CAPTAIN (O-6) in the U.S. Public Health Service, leads public health efforts for the Native American community in Oklahoma, focusing on immunization, infectious diseases, and health literacy. An endurance athlete and artist, he blends his expertise in medicine and creativity to promote healing, while also completing 10 Ironman triathlons and founding the life philosophy brand Sticks that Ahh®.

Jennifer K. Nelson, MD, is a well-versed obstetrician and gynecologist who diagnoses and treats patients in Oklahoma City. Her impressive professional journey spans decades and has expansive knowledge and unrivaled expertise in all facets of her specialty, including PAP smears and robotic surgery. Dr. Nelson attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, OK.

Dr. Ervin Yen
Senator Ervin Yen represented Oklahoma Senate District 40 from 2015-2019. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Dr. Yen practiced as an Anesthesiologist in Oklahoma City from 1984 to 2022. Yen is a past president of the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists and served as an Oklahoma Delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiologists for about 15 years. He practiced primarily cardiac anesthesia for about 25 years of his nearly 39 years of practice.
